- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long waits, poor customer service. When attempting to open an account was told they would have to schedule me an appointment for multiple days away just to be able to apply. Also stated the appointment would take upwards of an hour. Went to a bank right down the road and opened an account within 30 minutes on the very same day.By NoCo NoBody, January 29, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed. Banked here for several years, loved it. Referred many people to bank there. Up until yesterday would of given them high points and 5 stars. I have a few good accounts there, paid off a car loan early. Decided I would go to them first to purchase a new car. I was confident that due to my history with them and my credit that it would be a slam dunk. Long story short, I was wrong. The interest rate was horrible. I could not talk to a loan officer and when they did not care that I would change banks if needed. Well I will change banks this week. Loyalty and good customers means nothing to PSCU.
