  If I could give less of a star I would. This bank has been hard to deal with since day one. I got a loan several years ago. It has been an incentive to get the loan paid off so I don't have to deal with them any more. There are many fine banks out there. Please do not waste your time and money with this one. 8/9 still waiting on a payoff statement. Started requesting it July 25. Called and talked to a supervisor yesterday. He was very rude (even though he admitted that they were at fault). Lack of producing this statement is delaying my closing on my refi. Please, please, please beware of this bank. In my opinion, they are the worst.

  This bank is crazy with fee's, they will charge you a $36 fee for anything they can get there bear paws on. If you put money in this bank please know they with find a way to keep you at $0. I went in after paying $452 in fee's in less then a month, to find they had a way to charge me another $72 and tell me the money I put in to make sure I could close the next day was taken for MORE FEE'S.... REALLY! I'm going to go in to talk to a Mgr. But after reading other reviews I don't think they are going to do much for me a customer that pays them $500 a month. Just as I thought managment did nothing... They are for sure the worst bank ever! If you need a bank account go to Acadamy Bank inside of Wal-Marts. They don't charge you unless they pay for the item. I have used them for 5 years now and have tried adding others with nothing but a waste of money in the end.

  I am very upset. The employees at this bank are very lazy and expect the customer to do all the work if they want any help. I realize that I may still need to talk to another department, but this is terrible customer service to simply pass someone along to yet another person without even trying to assist or taking any ownership of the issue at hand. How about you guys do your job and help the customer!? Does your company seriously not empower you to take care of your customer? This is completely unacceptable. In today's world, there is relentless competition in the banking industry. I have a choice where I bank, and you don't seem to "get it." Goodbye!
